James is an executive coach and public speaker/trainer who strives to continuously make positive change during his workshops and discussions. Over the past decade, he has become a trusted advisor as he leads individuals and groups to reach their personal and professional goals. His experience spans the Financial, Business, and Healthcare industries working with interns to CEO’s.

James’ broad personal and professional backgrounds allow him to relate to people from all walks of life. His modest upbringing in the Bronx, New York makes him relatable to skilled laborers while his proven expertise on various communications topics appeals to Fortune 100 C-level executives.

With his high energy and signature engaging style, he has presented well over 500 events on topics such as Diversity and Inclusion, Assertive/Effective Communication, Team Building, and Resiliency, to name a few. The ability to connect to audiences via personal stories, expressing empathy, or simply listening, has him in high demand.

Outside of professional passions, James is also the father of beautiful twin daughters who keep him extremely balanced. He is passionate about speaking about time and stress management as they are a few keys to parenting.
